Push play above - there is a slight delay - Here is a video interview of endurance athlete Graham Cooper, father of two, husband, workaholic, winner of the Western States 100,and Ironman finisher. Push play in the window above. For the full Graham Cooper Story from a previous blog post, click here.
The video above was filmed by triathlete Beth Gerdes, a super-fit runner gone Triathlete - she also let me borrow her goggles, which actually did not leak! To learn more about Beth, check out her profile by clicking here.
This tree, looking over the La Jolla Cove, made it into some of the Dr. Seuss Books.
I swam today at the cove, which was filled with people. The water was clear, and now free of the rare jellyfish visit that haunted San Diego earlier in the month. Water Temp - 73 degrees.
Forget Baywatch. It's Covewatch.

Graham is amazing. I went to Berkeley w/this guy where I had a huge crush on him, but he had no idea because he's not gay. Just amazing to see someone who was at the same place in life, running ultras, doing triathlons, pulling in millions, successfully married & raising kids. What a guy. ...almost inhuman.
First off I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question
which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing.
I've had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints? Kudos!
